Wir fahren um 16Uhr hier in Hürth (bei Köln) los, fahren dann über die A61 und sammeln die Kolbens auf... dann gehts Richtung Holland...

Ich stehe immernoch in Kontakt mit Alexander vom ausführenden Club.
Ich hatte ihn in meiner letzten Mail mal drauf angesprochen, ob Besucher gestattet sind und ihm gleichzeitig schon mal ein "Feedback" zu deren Organisation und Kommunikation gegeben, wozu er sich nun geäußert hat.

Ist vielleicht mal ganz interessant für alle, die noch zweifeln ihr Geld zu überweisen, oder für Leute, die nur einen Tag mal hoch fahren wollen !

Hier die Mail in genauem Wortlaut (blau sind meine Kommentare, rot sind seine Antworten)

Yes, we have some friends in our team, who wanted to come with us for the complete meeting, but now they have to work on Friday and Saturday.

It isn´t sure, that they will come on Sunday, but if it is possible to visit us on Sunday, they will ride the 310km (one way) to have a look for some great cars !

So….. is it possible or not ?

Yes it is possible, but there will be expenses for it about 10euro without diner. I advise you to keep in contact with your friends if its worth it to come.

Not because I’m negative, but because I am experienced in driving to meetings that are worthless hehehehehe.

Unfortunately I know about some people, who wanted to come to the meeting and have sent their application. Now they don´t want to transfer the money, because they don´t got a feedback from your club, although they wrote some E-Mails to want to get a feedback.

As far as I know, I always have replyd to emails. But I must agree some are way to late. I can’t speak for the others, but I despite this has happened. This is good feedback for us since this is the first time so please know we also appreciate this kind of feedback.

Others, who have transferred the money are still waiting for feedback, if the money has arrived (including me) !!!

No one gladly transfers his money to people in the world, which doesn´t answer on emails !

This is a known problem wich we want to sort out. Since a couple of months the club has an other person for the money. But the last guy fucked it up so everything is a mess. Also lot of clubs didn’t send the money with the names attached. Just the name of the club. This cost us lost of sorting out. Other is that lot of people ask us to email when received. Here also lay’s a know problem since we do this organisation with just 3 persons for the whole event. So lot of work where lots of things happened on the last moment or gut stuck somewhere. I must agree you are completely right.

Many german Honda freaks don´t want to get to your meeting, because auf these reasons. I heard of so many people, which have tried to communicate by mail with your club and they don´t got an answer.

This is problem I can’t understand, unless they used the contactform on the site.. We discovered much to late this was not working, but everybody else I’m certain got an email.. Short or long.

You should work on it, but I think it is to late now !!!

I guess your right. We keep the registrations open @ the event. So stil Honda lovers can join the event until Saturday 14.00hrs.

Nevertheless I hope we have a great weekend with some hundred cars…. More could have been ;-)

10 cars or 1000 cars… as long everybody leaves happy, I am satisfied. We wanted to make sure for good food, this cost us lots of money in combination with less particiants than last year it will not be as big as last year but I hope it will be a succes.

Tja, ob wir noch ne Antwort erhalten bezüglich des Geldeingang bezweifel ich mal.... aber jeder sollte ja einen Kontoauszug haben, der beweißt, daß die Kohle überwiesen wurde
